US SHIPPING:
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
- We ship using USPS & UPS.
- Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
- We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes.
Orders are processed as received Monday through Friday.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and shipping.
You will be notified as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Once your item is marked “out for delivery”, you accept full responsibility for the receipt of your purchased goods. If the package is received by a third party, that party is accountable for the safe delivery of your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- International shipping is not available.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS:
We offer free exchanges and easy returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of initial delivery. You have the option to exchange or claim store credit.
Returned merchandise must be:
- Full price at time of purchase.
- Returned in original condition, original tags attached.
- Free from wear, stains and odor.
- In the original packaging / box with packing slip.
Items received in any condition that would prevent the item from being returned to stock and sold as new will be refused and returned.
To return / exchange merchandise:
- Make sure your item/s meet our return exchange conditions - see above.
- Email info@randomnewfeeling.com with your order number and return reason.
- Pending approval, you will be issued a return label.
- Securely pack return item with tags, packing slip in original packaging / box.
- Affix return label to the original packaging / box
Upon receipt, inspected and approved exchange / returns will be issued providing all criteria is met.
Returns & Exchange will be mailed out to you within 7 days.
REFUNDS:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
