SHIPPING

Please note, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

You will be notified as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Once out for delivery, you take responsibility for the receipt of your purchased goods. If the package is received by a third party, that party is accountable for the safe delivery of your package.

Shipping cost calculated during checkout via USPS & UPS rates. We can not ship to PO Boxes.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship via USPS and UPS.

 For orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard shipping will be offered through USPS (5-7 business days.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship internationally.

RETURNS

*All items on sale or discounted are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

DOMESTIC ONLINE RETURNS

We offer free exchanges and easy returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. You have the option of exchange or return for refund to your original form of payment.

Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must be returned in original condition with the tags secured to the garment and in the original product packaging.

To return merchandise, please email info@randomnewfeeling.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then be issued a return label. Once the merchandise has been returned and inspected, you will then receive the refund if all criteria is met.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please email info@randomnewfeeling.com with your order number and what you would like in place of the item you have already purchased. We will then send you a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will then send the exchanged item.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not currently ship internationally. We ship within the US and currently only accept domestic returns from a domestic US address.
